Maybe because of the economic situation all the designers like Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Donna Karan, Emilio Pucci, Gucci, Matthew Williamson, Philip Lim, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan and a lot more presented their Fall designer clothescollection for 2009 in the 80’s redux. On the runways we can see the 80's vibe with big shoulders, peplum waists, bold animal prints, padding and stiff reminiscent of the 80’s.We can definitely rock this FALL retro trend because it offers sophisticated glamour. The Cyndi Lauper, Grace Jones and Madonna style. Lashing of láme in bright colors, Silver and gold, add the nostalgia with metallic leather and sequined jackets. The ’80s essentially has two concepts: a glittery bustier/party dress and a bright spandex dress. The 80s aren’t necessarily known for the most refined of fashions, but this season’s fit a sophisticated structured trend. To look more on 80s you can add some cool layers, like a white button-down knotted at the waist, a slouchy jean jacket, or blazer and black tights or leggings.
